Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

Information about us

www.premierproductsltd.co.uk is a site operated by Premier Products (Notts) Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 06878078. Our registered office is Premier Products (Notts) Ltd, Unit 4 Premier Court, Kings Mill Way Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 5ER. Our VAT number is GB973049502.

Our site changes regularly

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Almost all of the images on this website are of our products but there may be a small amount that are for example purposes only. The colours of the products shown on our website may not be the exact colour of the item you receive, colours may show differently on different forms of technology. We cannot guarantee a colour match to the interior of your car or van.

Payment

Prices include VAT and the delivery charge is added at checkout (if applicable). Prices will be reviewed on an annual basis. Payment for your item(s) is taken when you place your order via Sage or PayPal which are secure payment systems. These sites encrypt your payment details to ensure your information is safe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A confirmation email will then be sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible if you have ordered the wrong type of car mats or seat cover. We will then be able to change your order before it goes into production.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 01623 645100 (Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm). Alternatively you can email sales@premierproductsltd.co.uk however we are not guaranteed to pick your email up before the order has been processed.

We will do everything we can to change or cancel your order before it goes into manufacture however this is not always possible. If your order has already been manufactured then a 25% restocking will apply as we are unlikely to resell the custom made item.

If your order has already been dispatched please refer to our returns policy above.

Delivery

All of our car mats are dispatched with Yodel or Royal Mail and a tracking number is provided, you will need to sign for your order on delivery. We aim to have your tailored custom made car mats delivered within 3-5 working days.

Where do Premier Products deliver to and what are the costs?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

Delivery costs:

    ·UK - £5.00 or Free Delivery with a purchase over £25
    ·Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Highlands, the Isle Of Man and the Isle of Wight, Ireland (Eire) - £10.00

Returns Policy

We will accept returns if you have ordered a non- customised product e.g. a set of black car mats with a black trim.. Items with embroidery or a coloured or patterned trim on will not be accepted. All returns must be unused.

Returns of non-customised items.

Contact the customer service team to inform them of your return, please have your order number ready.

Non-customised items are the default options set on our website, e.g Black Carpet with a Black Trim

Return the item to us, you will need to pay the return postage. Please DO NOT fold the car mats, if you fold the car mats we will not be able to refund you. Send the item/s back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags) to the stated address. We also advise you to return goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and the reasons for the return.

You will be refunded the amount of the item minus a £5.00 postage and packaging fee.

If you want to exchange the item for a different model or year you will be charge a 25% handling fee plus £5.00 for the new item to be shipped. You will also have to return your original item and pay for the return postage.

Return of customised car mats or seat covers (items with Embroidery or coloured trim)

These are orders that have been specially made for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. You will also not be able to exchange the item if you have ordered for the wrong car make/ model or year. Made to order products are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).

Customised items include those with embroidery and or a coloured or patterned trim. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) do not apply to personalised/customised goods.

Allow 21 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or paypal account and after we acknowledge receipt of the goods you have returned to us. Please note: We will need a photo of any issues to refund.

Ordered the wrong item

If you have ordered the wrong product for your vehicle, we may be able to exchange the item. For example if you have ordered car mats for a VW Golf MK2 and your vehicle is a VW Golf MK3. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible, a member of our team will be able to advise you if this service is possible. Exchange is not possible if your order was personalised.

Faulty Items

Our quality team carry out three different quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, one final quality check is made to each individual item before it is marked to be dispatched. However if you are unhappy with your item please contact us. Each case is reviewed by our team, you may need to supply images of the item or return them to us . If your item is deemed faulty we will refund the cost of the item and the delivery charge. Please note: We will need a photo of any issues to refund.

Items not delivered

If goods are lost in transit we will either resend or refund you. All of our items are dispatched using Yodel or Royal Mail, items therefore have a tracking reference and all packages need to be signed for.

Personalised Orders

We advise all our customers to pay extra attention when they are choosing to create a unique product. For example all of our Car Mats are manufactured as standard unless you want to change the quality or colour of the automotive carpet, add a different colour edging, PVC heelpad or have embroidery written on the mats. Once a personalised car mat has been tailor-made foryou, we cannot resell the item if you change your mind. Therefore we DO NOT offer refunds on personalised items (unless they are faulty). These items are deemed as customised goods and are not protected by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

Discount Codes

Discount codes are for the use on our website only and cannot be used against buying any of our products from our EBay or Amazon shops. The codes also do not apply to telephone orders.

Other Information

The model years of the vehicles listed on our website are the model years not the vehicle registration years. Therefore please make sure you select the model year not the year your vehicle was registered. Please contact us if you are unsure which product you require for your car or van.

Information about you and your visits to our site

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Variations

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.

Facebook Competition - Entries open to the UK only

The winner will be picked at random using an automated system. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page on Friday 12th December. The winner will have until Monday 15th December 2014 to notify Premier Products of which car they would like the mats making for, which trim and what they want the embroidery to say.

The winner can pick from any of the trims listed on our website and the embroidery text can be no longer than 20 characters long. The embroidery can only be made in the fonts and colours listed on our website.

If the winner wants the car mats making for a car we do not have the pattern for, they will be offered a Pet Boot Liner (not custom fit). In this instance the winner can choose only from the material and trims listed on our website.

There will be no cash alternative offered to the winner. The price will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland only. If you live in non UK mainland you will be charged £10 postage cost.
